How to fly and catch on the trapeze
Fundamentals of various apparatuses: flying trapeze, aerial silks, lyra hoop and more
Ground tumbling and acrobatic balance
Teamwork: How to contribute and support one another
AGE (OR GRADE):
Ages 6 - 14 for Trapeze; Ages 6 - 17 for Parkour

9:00AM - 3:00 PM
PRICE:
$550/week Trapeze camp; $450/week Parkour camp
